Helen's front yard was full of stumps when she invited me over to give her a design. We removed root systems, added new soil and I shopped for her bringing colors and textures she liked once I went over choices with her. I added a few native natural stones for a edge that will last when these perennials fill in. She had more fun watering and watching her new 'plant babies' grow up this summer, it was a delight to create this for her and listen to her enjoy as new flowers bloomed.
